Default Helmet Lock

I got a HD helmet lock for christmas the kind that clamps over something round like the frame and then locks with a key. I can't decide where the handiest place would be to put it. Anyideas from any body out there that has one?

I tried mounting mine on the left side downtube frame bar near the oil filter, This lets me keep the helmet on or near the ground so it sits open end down.

But I am not too satisfied and would do it differently if I did it again. How, I dont know.

I put mine on the passenger foot peg. Works pretty good, swings up when not using.

I use my .38 for my helmet protection. I introduced it to a villian one time. He left my helmet on my mirrors and backed away slowly. So far works good.

I don't have one myself, but saw one mounted on the engine guard of a bike one time. Looked pretty good, and was a fairly practical location I thought. Just an idea.

I had one and put it on the left front frame downtube.
Because of the way the bike leans when it's on the kick stand, it was kind of a pain in the ***.
Of course I can't bend over very well with my bad back.

I bought one of those padlocks for pistols that have a covered cable to go down the gun barrel and out the back.
That way you can lock it just about anywhere you want.

Click here for what I'm talking about.
