PCIII USB or SERT

PCIII USB or SERT
I have heard from some that the SERT is better then the PCIII USB because you don't add a module to the ECM, I have heard that the PCIII USB is better because you DO add a module to the ECM and you can fine tune it on the fly.... If you remove the PCIIImodule you are back to stock again without having to over-writemapping data like you have to dowith the SERT.....
What's your opinion
Thanks

RE: PCIII USB or SERT
Regardless of what people say about the tuners you DO need to be dynoed wether it's a PCIII or a SERT. Just because it has a "preloaded" map for your bike doesn't mean it's perfect forYOUR specific bike. There are so many different things that could be slightly different between two identical bikes. A preloaded map will generally be close, but if you want to maximize your HP and Torque you'll get it dynoed.
I have the SERT, partially because it was more compatible with my exhaust which doesn't have the 02 sensor bungs and I'd heard from a friend who had a PCIII and a SERT on his bike said he noticed more difference with the SERT.
Either one is a great product, but get your bike dyno tuned either way, you won't regret it.
