Default 2007 SOFTAIL

Im reallllllly liking the look of the 2007 standard and duece. newbie question: do the price of these bikes drop in price over the years or the opposite. im guessing the opposite. Also, can u find them at dealerships now and 2 years from now? I want to buy one in the next year. I would get a 2008 but for some reason they dont make those softails anymore.

The MoCo is still making standards for overseas delivery, but we rich Americans have to buy the Night Train or Custom for the "standard" style models, and I guess the Rocker replaced the Deuce. The Deuceseemed to have strong sales so I don't really get that one, but I kinda see the standard going away when the NT and FXSTC are available........the train isroughly the same price point as the standard waswith the Custom being the upgrade I guess.

2007 was the last year for the Standard and Duece. There are still a few of them in dealerships but when they are gone...they are gone. If you want one, I would suggest you do it now because I think they will be hard to find or non-existent in another year. Also, because they are 07s, the dealers are more likely to cut a better deal to get rid of them. Last week, Biggs HD in San Marcos, CA.had a new dark blue Duece for $16,800 which I think is a pretty good price. Beautiful bike, if any way possibleI would get one soon and not wait if I were you. Good luck, Rick

I bought the third last new 07 Deuce inAustralia. The last new two sold within a week after mine. All three, same dealer. Only Deuce with 96 and 6 speed, can only hope it appreciates in value. I rang every dealer in Aust to check price and nearly every dealer in Aust new where the last three were.
Smart dealer!!!
New bike price $ 30250.00 australian. The same dealer sold the very last deuce 07 Demo with 12000kms approx on speedo in January for $29950.00

I bought my standard in late November. They had a2007 Deuce and Standard left. I tried to get the Deuce but they thought it was made of gold, "Last one in the state". But I got a good deal on the standard. I figured I was going to change a lot of things anyway so why pay extra for parts I was going to remove. Not just that but I got a 200mm vs the 180mm rear tire on the Deuce. I love my standard.
