As long as it is a mtc free batery. As you know, harley does not make them. I belive Yusa makes them for HD .

I would not buy one that had liquid in it, make sure that it is a sealed battery. It may say glass mat or maint. free. If you buy from your local HD shop it will not be charged when you buy unless you call them and have if charged for you.

Granted, HD does not make batteries, duh,butas delivered in my 07 Fat Boy, the OEM batteryis excellent, no need of stinking battery tender, left my bikein my garage for 15 days (vacation) came back, fired up right away.So fair it hasn'tfailed me, hot or cold.I would definetely buy the battery sold by HD (and whoever makes it, kudos for you).

look at the connections on a hd batt you will see they are perty solid look at a drag batt you will see what i mean
