1990 harleyfat boy questions. please help
Hi everyone. Im not into harleys but I need some info to help out a friend. He has a 1990 harley fatboy that his father left him and he has no intrest to keep the bike. Can someone tell me the value of this bike mint condition with only 12k org. miles? I am asking for a suggested price to sell and not kbb. Any input would be helpful for me.

Don't give this bike away!
The 1990 is the first year of the Fat Boy, if it is still silver and has the yellow trim on the engine it will be a somewhat sought after bike. Check with a dealership that collects bikes. Lots of shops would like to have a original Fat Boy for display. I wouldn't take any less than 12K if it's in good condition.

RE: 1990 harleyfat boy questions. please help
I recently turned down the equivalent of $24k from a UK dealer for my immaculate original 12k 1990 Fatboy they wanted it for display in the showroom. Rare beasts in the UK around 90 imported and quite a few have been either crashed/or and junked over the years. A friend sold his bike which was in bits for $16k recently. There's only one way the prices are going on these bikes if original and well maintained and that's upwards, specific yellow trim can be a problem if missing to replace and tin worm makes a mess of the fenders, but the MoCo still supplies color coded tinware..
