What year springer? Kuryakyn use to make them for 88-92 models. I bought one off of ebay for $125.00. I mounted a WCC fender on the front checked for clearances and drilled the holes. I also have lowering kit for the front made by Burly.

I have an 05 Springer Classis. Can you lower the fender or does it need clearance for bumps? The reason I ask is because I want to lower the front end with the shorter spring fit but you run into problem with the acorn nuts hitting the fender of an FL Springer. I know there is some room between the fender and tire and want to know if I can shorten that distance with out rubbing when hitting a bump.
