Default Heartland kit question

I saw pictures of a Deuce and a Night Train both with Heartland rear ends installed. It looks like the seat on the Deuce sits a couple of inches lower into the bike. My question is-- Does the Deuce seat sit lower than the Train in general or am I seeing two different kits? I am buying a Train ASAP but want the look of the Deuce in the pic. Sorry if I'm rambling.
