The fuel pak will work on the X Bones, the problem is where to put it. Its not going to fit under the cover under the seat. I want to use a fuel pak also because I have had very good results with them on other Harleys, but I still want to use the stock seat.
I do have a brawler seat, and it should fit under that. I have a Rinehart Cross Back exhaust sitting in the garage for my X Bones, just cant make up my mind on a tuner.

I went with a Dobeck TFI and I love it. Very small, easy to install, and all you need to tune it is a small screwdriver. No maps or computers, just 4 pots that you can tune on the side of the road if you want to.

I used a Dobecks on my V Rod, I had a few problems with them, but their customer service is top notch and they sent me a new one overnight at no cost. Once we figured out the problem (2 bad units, go figure) it worked great. The Dobecks is probably the thinest unit I have seen.
