Default Need to find out how to move my handlebars back

Ok guys, I know this is a newbie question but I'm hoping to get some help. I have had my 03 Fatboy for about a month now and have put close to 400 miles on it. I've decided that I need my handlebars to come back about 1 to 2 inches. What is out there to accomplish this and how do I do it?

Don't know what is specifically available that will fit your bike but you want to look for a "pull back" riser.

You will need to work out what type of bars you want on ya ride to start with.
Then you can look at just putting pullback risers or go for a T-Bar type with Pullback,
Other option would be apes that could be pulled closer to you as well.
Just have a look around on other peoples bikes and if ya see something you like ask them a question about it.

I put 4.5 inch pull back risers on, perfect for me. Brings them up 2 inches and back 2 inches.

Do you know if you still have the stock bars on it?

Thanks for all the information. Yes I do have the stock bars and I actually like the stock bars for now and just want to move them back. The pullback riser sounds like the perfect solution.

If you're planning on sticking with the stock handlebars/wiring, then a set up 2 up/2 back risers should do the trick for you. I put a set of Drag Specialties 2 up/2 backs on to my Fatty last spring. I only had to change out the stock riser clamp bolts, as the bottom of the DS risers aren't drilled out to allow for the stock bolts to go through. Took me an hour, and cost me under $100. Made it feel like a whole new bike.
