I see alot of people running the HD street slammers. The street slammers do not require new cables.

Go to the Flanders web site, as they have a chart that shows all the stock dimensions for HD bars.

The stock drag bar is 28" wide. The stock risers are 6" tall.

I currently have Dyna Sport bars with 2" risers. I have tried Deuce risers with the stock drag, and with a XL1200 bar (in pic below), the XL bar with the stock risers, etc. and so far, have not changed any cables, wires or brake lines. There's actually quite a bit of leeway in the lines.

I have a standard but the first set of bars I put on were the nt bars. They're a bit uncomfortable for long rides. I have wild one chubby's and they're great. They're the exact dimensions as the harley street slammers. I'm changing my handlebars again as soon as I get some more dough to do it.

I've sat on a fat bob and the handlebars feel nearly identical to the wild one I have now.
