anyone have an opinion on the best brandw/w for sticking to that black stuff ...i prefer sticky to longevity for obvious reasons to most. tia

 

I use Avon Venom's, I'm happy with the grip and get 13000-15000 from a rear tyre in the uk.

 

i had avon venoms on when i bought my bike but the dealers had to change them to harley tyres
as the avons made the bike weave on a long journey over 70mls. turned out that when wheels put on a machine the tyres turned when the rim stopped, bike handled lot better with harley tyres so i would not recommend avons to anyone i am based in the uk.
