Staying in the family but changing flavor
Ever since I saw pics of the crossbones, I thought it was a nice bike. Then I saw last week for the 1st time in real life...just plain awesome. So today, I put down a deposit on a vivid black crossbones and decided to sell my heritage here before I get back to the states. I will miss the heritage when it sells, but look forward to havingthe crossbones when I get back to the states. At least I won't be buying every frick'n chrome piece.

Hey Senior,
Congrats on the Bones! Ditto what Citoriplus said. I thought the same thing when I bought mine, but I havefound myself buying pipes, intake, TFI, 16" apes, cables, sissy bar, tail light, turn signals, side mount plate, seat.....the list goes on....

I am sure putting black parts on is addictive but it has to be alot cheaper.

So I reload my own ammo, and guess what. I shoot more, so it still costs a ton.
I just get to throw more lead downrange.
Like I said, the symptoms change, the disease remains the same.
