Default Kuryakyn's gas caps

I just installed Kuryakyn's gas cap on a 07 Fatboy, it doesn't seem flush to the tank on all sides is normal? I don't want to over tighten the cap and scratch tank.

The gauge and the cap are on my wish list. How was the install for the gauge? Do you have any pics of the fitment? Thanks![sm=smiley20.gif]

I haven't installed the gauge yet they had to order it, when it's all done I'll post some pics.

To be honest they DON'T completely mount precisely "flush flush" per say. I mean they are close. The gas cap side just screws down with two adapters sent in kit and a large flat screw driver. The guage just "pops" down in like stock. There is probably a 1/16th of an inch or less between the mounting and the tank. I really like the looks and you really don't notice how the fit isnt really "exact". I really figured they would be like the HD ones and fit pretty snug to the tank, but I guess they want to be different! LOL. Easy to mount,(both of them) and easy to calibrate(guage). You'll be happy Im sure! I can snap a few pix and show ya. Good luck. K
