Default Fender trim question?

I have a 2006 Fatboy and the rear fender is taking a beating from stones. Does anybody make a fender trim that protects the bottom of the fender as well as looks good? The Harley trim looks like it is just for show, nothing wraps the bottom of the fender to take the hit.

How do they mount, with screws or two way tape? Thanks for the quick reply also.

Hi from the UK ! I've got a 2007 Fatboy which has also picked up some stone chips on the rear fender. I thought I'd buy one of Harley's rear rims to cover the stone chips but the latest UK 2009 Accessories catalogue does not have one that will fit the newer models with the wide rear tyre. Does anyone know if a rear fender trim is available that will fit the newer models ?

Waiting for the same thing myself. I picked up this link somewhere, waiting for them to finish "construction". Caught my eye because they stated they had trim for the new fenders. I'd call, but I'm lazy and cheap (stationed in Germany at the moment).
