Default bare bones on a deluxe

hi everybody,i have an 07 deluxe and want to fit a barebones solo, has anyone out there done this, any problems and are you happy with the results? this might appear a silly question but in the uk the seat will cost a little over £200, so while i'm sure it will look great by doing a my homework first it could save me an expensive headache, many thanks for any help you can give.

I have the BB Solo w/gel on my 07 Fat Boy. I'm tall so it helped me in sitting me back and down. It's not the most comfy seat out there but for general scooting around town or short trips it's fine. It really fits the lines of the bike. If I recall I paid about $160 US dollars

it's the best looking seat out there. However it's not good for more than 100 miles. It seems to put a lot of pressure on the pelvic bone.

I put a bare bones on my 04 heritage. I's the barest of the bare bones...no gel, no nada and it doesn't bother me. It look great and I'm glad I changed it out. I should qualify my thoughts with the fact that I haven't gone for a ride longer than 30 miles with the new seat. I'll let you know how the rump feels when we have a nice long hook.

So far, so good though...you can not beat the look.
