Well I'm not sure. Could be I guess. I have foot boards. I put the bag gaurds on some 5 years ago but didn't need the relocation kit. They just bolted up. Easy install.
Nice bike but don't see the bags on so why the bag gaurds?

Just checked my 03 parts catalog. "Saddlebag Bracket relocation kit required on FLSTS". I wouldn't buy it.. If you did need it you could but it later.

Well Rat I Just Put Them Back On I Was Doing Some Work On Them,
I Put The 100th Emblem On Them.
Here Are The Pictures And Thanks For The Info, And I'm Taking Off The Small Ones
