Default V&H Big Radius too quiet??

My Big Radius pipes seem way to quiet on my '06 Deuce. This could have something to do with the fact that my last pipes were short shot staggereds... Anyone else think they should be louder? Also, any modified the baffles?

To the best of my knowledge, the big radius, which is what I'm running comes with standard baffles. There is no quiet baffle for this pipe, at least not from V&H that is.
The other option would be to run without any baffle ... may lead to a significant loss of back pressure though so I wouldn't go this route.

The pipes sound great on my bike ... 07 Fatboy with Arlen Ness Big Sucker Stage 1 and a remap.

my 0.02 worth ...

I run mine without baffles and while there is a little loss on the low end the sound more than makes up for it.

yes. I too went with the big city thunder monster baffles!!! The stock baffles were a biotch to get out, but these are one of my best investments so far. I even got a free t shirt!!! Haha

I'am running the same set-up on my 07 nighttrain and i think they sound great and i don't think i would want my baffle's out

i had them on my 06 standard and never ran the baffles. they sounded awesome like i had a j brake and never had any issues. i got 15k mile on it before i got rid of them, just because everyone has them. other than that i loved them.
