Springs for Cross Bones seat?
I just got my Cross Bones and I have seen some of the guys have mentioned they changed the stock seat springs out for smaller ones. I was wondering how much of a difference has this lowered you in the bike? Also which springs, what size, and where did you get them at? All input would be appreciated.
Thanks

Thanks tnharley7. I would assume you have them on your bike. I was wondering how much of a difference they are as far as lowering you into the bike. Also I am a decent sized guy (nice way of saying I am a lil heavy lol) about 240 and was wondering if the springs bottom out at all. Thanks again.

No I don't have them. One of the reviews at J&P website (the one I referenced) stated that they didn't do much for the heavier rider. I don't know if that is important or not since a normal seat doesn't have any flex and all the action is in the shocks. Probably no more than they are cost wise, just order them and try them. Jerry
