Joe;
Which crash bars are these?
I put the Heritage Springer version: http://www.harley-davidson.com/gma/g...bmLocale=en_US
on my 06 Deluxe and have no issues with my Springer seat/rail.

They Are The 03 Heritage Bars That Came With The Bike

Chrome Rear Saddlebag Guard

Saddlebag guards provide a style borrowed from the past that makes a unique statement here and now. Includes mounting hardware and instructions.

Fits '00-later FLST and FLSTC models and '00-'05 FXST, FXSTB and FXSTS models. FLSTC models require Saddlebag Relocation Kit P/N 90238-00.

Joe;
Yes, it is the same as your seat.
The crash bars I have I believe are not as fat as the Heritage bars that you have.
