I tried to do a search on this, but I was wonderinghas someone attemptedto enhance the sound of the stock mufflers eg. drilling or removing baffles

 

I just put Rush slipon 1.75 on wife's 08 Heritage. Reasonable priced and they sound real good. She is happy so I am happy.

thanks again for the tip, now it sounds like a harley not too loud, not too soft. It pop very slightly for a few minutes then eventually went away,ecuminor readjustitself I suppose. Not to concerned about picking up power or anything like that, plenty of time for that.I definitely feel more confident now that you can here the bike at high risk areas. I already had the Rigid brand saw kit from before when drilling holes in aluminum skid plates. I just needed to buy there 12" extension. 15 minutes and $12 to be content= priceless
