Default need help

Hi, i have a 2005 fxsts tc88 thats due a oil change, just would like to know how to change the oil in it instead of taking it to the dealership, just trying to save a little cash if i can do this myself.

its really easy: get a service manual for your year/model and follow directions. you can get them 20% off thru chicago harley, zanotti's, etc.

Like he said above!

Basically, loosen/remove drain plug (under frame at r/front swingarm area), drain oil, remove/replace filter, re-fill w/ proper amount of oil, clean oil from filter from front of engine, etc., then ride. Should take about 20 minutes.

Like were all saying, it's that easy. If it is your first time. Go slow and be careful not to get any oil on your bike.Your going to save a bundle doing it yourself. Believe me because if I can do it so can everyone else. Go and change that oil and filter and ride and be safe. Ray

You might be interested in these maintenance videos. http://www.fixmyhog.com/ I'm not associated with Fix My Hog in any way shape or form. Just thought it might help if your more visually orientated. Aways good idea to have the factory shop manual.
