Hey guys, just though it would be cool to start a list of little mods that are not too expensive.

Often times its all the little things put together that can make a car, rather then just throwing your money at big things.

Haven't seen your "atta boy post" but all is well... Started a thread " Project Slim aka Black in Black" to explain the theme and goals of the build. Posting pics as it progresses.

I shaved the lip around the seat and narrowed the profile. I contoured then glued new foam. Tweaked it some then sanded more of underside and shaved more foam. Had the rear section embroidered " Back in Black" the took it to my upholstery guy with a drawing of different stitch options. Went with what you see.

Love the pics of the relocated tail lights. I used a different option (although not cheap) and bought & mounted a Sportster rear turn signal light relocation kit (HD part # 68732-02A) to my license plate holder on my 2009 Fatboy. Now my rear turn signals are far enough back (and virtually in-line where they used to be) and look awesome. I'm new to the forum, so can't post a pic yet, but will once I've met the criteria to post pics.
