Any pics of Nightrains with springer front ends????
Hey everyone,
I currently have a roadglide that I love but am thinking about getting something for riding around town. I've always liked the Nightrain and am thinking about maybe trying to get one at the end of this year. I have also always wanted a springer front end and am thinking about putting a black powdercoated front end on it. Do you guys have any idea of the cost of adding a springer front end to a Nightrain. Any pics or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I beleive there was a Springer hybrid in the BOTM contest just a few months ago...it may have been a Dyna though. Take a peek in that forum.
There are some cool looking Bad Boys in the Springer Picture forum also...almost what you're looking for (sweet bikes!)
Good luck.

Seen them before and I thought about doing this my self. Here is a breakdown of why I didn't!A springer front end is gonna run you anywhere from $1,500-$2,500, for a good one. There are cheaper ones on ebay, but I personally would NEVER trust a part that vital to ebay.....
Then, you will have to get a new brake caliper, fender, risers, and handle bar = $$$$$$$$$
The good news: There is a guy named Jerri here in FL.... check out http://www.jeris-springer.com/
He makes somekiller stuff AND, he can make some of your factory parts, like the brake, work on his springer. Kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for. Hope this helps!
