Installed Thunder City Monster baffles
Got my baffles from WARG last night in the mail and decided to put them in this morning, but after watching TV for 30 minutes, I couldn't stand it. Went to the HOG PEN and pulled out my stock V&H's and stuck those suckers in. Man what an improvement in sound. Gone is the somewhat fussy sound of the V&H and now it is throatier and deeper. A bit louder but thats cool. Had to richen the carb a touch and I believe it runs stronger. Seems to come on even stronger than before when it gets up on the cams.
Thanks WARG, I like them a lot.

Glad to hear you got them and like'em. I probably would have kept them, but as I mentioned I am in the market for a new exhaust system and did not want to adjust my fuel map. Glad they'll be getting used.

RE: Installed Thunder City Monster baffles
Probably a D&D Fat Cat. That has been the plan for about a year now. I do like the Rinehart Cross Backs though, but will probably go with the performance boost of the 2 into 1. Plus, D&D is a local company in my area so that helps makes my decision easier.

I've looked at the D&D's myself and they were an ooption. I also like the Reinhart 2-1 with the black tip. I heard a set on a bike at the dealers and it sounded sweet.
I will do a sound bite of the pipes this afternoon, but how do you post it?
