Default 94 fatboy headlight porblem

Should probab post this in the electrical section but i figured i would have more luck here. My buddys dad has a 94 fatty, and the head light went out, and the running lights. However the tail light still works. I figured it would be a fuse and an easy fix. We took off the seat, and I was expecting to see fuses like on my 2000, but there were none to be found. Are there circut breakers insead of fuses? What should we be looking for. Any help would be great. Thanks

Tom

Did you pull the headlight and check for power? Could also be a ground issue on the forks
