Torgue for Apes

Hey All,
&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; I have a Softail Custom with 16 inch Apes. I need to tighten the bolts on the handle bars [risers], does anyone know the torque specs for the bolts? Any information would be appreciated.
