Default Maxi Fuse - Installing a spoiler

Is the "maxi fuse" in the fuse box?&nbsp\\; If so, can you tell me which one it is and if there is something special I need to do&nbsp\\;prior to&nbsp\\;removing it?&nbsp\\; I'm installing a spoiler on my bike and the directions say to remove this fuse.&nbsp\\; I'm thinking it is because I have to disconnect my voltage regulator.&nbsp\\; Can I just disconnect the battery??

If You have an alarm and just disconnect the battery it will go off till U reconnect.
&nbsp\\;
The Maxi fuse is uner the seat in front of the battery. It is large and has a big black cover over the fuse.
Pull the cover off and U will see the large Orange fuse.
Turn your ignition on and pull the Fuse straight away.
U can disconnect the battery.
When u want to reconnect just plug it back in after connecting the battery.
&nbsp\\;
Hope this helps.

Do I leave the ignition switch on once I pull the fuse?&nbsp\\; Then whan I'm done with my install just reinsert the maxi fuse with the&nbsp\\; ignition still on?&nbsp\\; I do not have an alarm but I have LoJack.&nbsp\\; If I pull the battery is that as good as pulling the fuse or do I still&nbsp\\;have to pull&nbsp\\;it?&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; Sorry for all the questions and thanks for&nbsp\\;your response.&nbsp\\;
