Default Distance on a Deluxe

Hey guys, how about giveing some trip distances on a Deluxe? I am thinking of a long one this summer, but htis is the smallest bike that I have owned in a few years. I have the hwy pegs and mustang seat with the back rest, but I dunno!

I have done several but this last weekend did a quick trip to Southern Il. for Hog Rock. It was about 360 miles each way and nearly all interstate. Took about 7 hours getting there since I had to go through 2 nasty thunderstorm fronts but I had nice weather coming back and did it in about 6 hours. Bike was comfortable. My only compaint is the noise on the interstate at those speeds can get a little tiring. I should have wore earplugs.&nbsp\\;

Aprox. 1600 miles round trip NM to CA thru the freezing cold temps of Flag staff AZ and the 100+ degree temps in Laughlin NV. then the cool ocean breazes of the OC! 500+ mile days not a problem with the stock seat.&nbsp\\;

I just got back from FL on my 07 and it was about 3972 miles round trip (back roads) some high way. The bike is pretty much stock, seat, etc. I did put a highway bar and pegs on I think this is a must have on long trips, I ran 697 miles on my last day and I have to tell you this bike feels great to me and I have a few different bikes. I quess it's different for each person but I could ride this&nbsp\\;Deluxe all day plus and fell fine at the end. I would just go for the longest ride you have time for and find out maybe. Take care and watch for the black bears on RT 219 in west va.

As long as you are riding no trip is too far!
