Run over at Dealer

Run over at Dealer
My wife and I were at our local Stealership a while back shopping and she stopped to look at a bike that was sitting outside the front door, one of there bikes. The sales guy (a kid) came up and talked to her a bit and then reaches over and starts the bike. Well whoever parked it left it in gear and he dumps the clutch and runs her over! He wasn't sitting on it. \\;Ran over both feet and smacked her knee with the forks. She has a torn miniscus and back problems from it. Hit the bike in front of it and fell over.
I would hate to be that guy.

I had a torn miniscus in my knee...It will not heal. \\;\\\\\\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\; They require surgury to repair. \\;\\\\\\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\; I waited \\;\\\\\\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\;1 month for mine to get better...it was time wasted. \\;\\\\\\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\; Consult with a othapedic sugern and get a MRI. \\;\\\\\\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\; I am sorry to hear about this. \\;\\\\\\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\; The rehap really sucks also.
I hope you have good health insurance. \\;\\\\\\; My insurance paid for the surgury, but it cost the insurance company $15,000.

It is considered a motor vehicle accident and the stealership's insurance is involved. That is right, a torn miniscus won't heal and they keep wanting to send her to therapy. She is starting to get pissed, They will pay big time if they keep pissing her off. nothing worse tha a pissed off woman.
This occured \\;in early March, I think she is calling her lawyer today to get something done. He is seeing $$$$ signs.
