Don't want to see anyone get burned like I did. Ordered the short levers for my 17 Softail. Description on the website States plain as day that they fit ALL 15-20 Softail models. Well, they do not fit a Softail with hydraulic clutch within the years specified. Emails fo unanswered asking for a resolution. Expensive lesson. Will be opening a dispute with my CC company.

 

Well...Google only gives them a 3-star review so I'd say they're not backed by favorable rep. Curious to see their side as well (2-sides to every story)...??

 

Be sure to get a screenshot of the website page where it says what it fits. (You can use the PrintScreen button on your computer, then it's in the clipboard. I'll leave it up to you on how to crop / etc.) Or you can just print to .pdf, too, as that usually works.

 

There shouldnt be any stress. Call your cc company and walk away... appriciate the heads up
