Default Polished my wheels

I just bought a Flitz buff ball and try it out, it is amazing, took me 15 minutes to polish one wheel, here is the result.

Sweet!
&nbsp\\;
I have wheels with powder coating on them, suppose it would come off with that?

Yeah, I should take before/after pictures, it was like crap before I polished, especially the brake rotor side, you are not going to believe how much black I removed from the wheels, the buff ball was totally black after one use.

Wheels look great. Did you have to spray anything on them first before buffing them? Can you buy the Flitz buff ball at your local auto part store?&nbsp\\; Awesome job. &nbsp\\; Ray

I bought it from a local parts store (Napa), I bought the Flitz polish as well. Here is how I did it, I wash the wheel with strong cleaner, rinse it off right away, air blow dry the wheel, apply Flitz polish and work with a low rpm electric drill, after the wheel became shinny, then apply mother polish by hand and buff it. I will do a better job with the wheels off the bike but this Flitz ball does get into tight spot.

Now that you have polished them, treat them to a couple of coats of "wheel guard" from the chemical guys.

Gives much needed extra protection
