I have asked him before I left the dealer, he said it will fit a Fatboy. I started putting on the left side and found the right side didn't fit, Fatboy has a mounting for exhaust. Damn it! I did half of it, I end up cutting the right one shorter to make it fit, what a pain! I've learned a lesson, never trust any HD parts guy.
