battery removal in a sportster
I have a 2007 883 Lo. \\; The battery went dead I think. \\; \\; I ride it at least 300 miles a week to work. \\;
I tried to charge it but heard a clicking sound coming from the battery when the charger was on. \\;So I turned off the charger. \\;
I read the manual and confused me more...as to how to take it out.... \\; Seems the oil tank is in the way of disconnecting the negative post.
Trying to avoid taking it to the dealer... any ideas to get this frigging thing out???
Thanks
