Is there any supplies putting out some quality chrome stuff to replace items like rocker covers, primary cover, etc etc? At a price much lower then Harley. I will use Harley stuff if they are the only ones with good fit and finish, but if someone else can save me some money with the same quality then I would go that route. Any ideas, thanks?

That idea wouldn't be to bad, but I live in Costa Rica now, doubt I would find a place to do it here. Probably have a hard time to find a powder coater since I want to get the swingarm done in black to match the frame, its dumb that they decided the FXCW swingarm should be nickel color. It kills the hardtail look of the bike.

i have been considering the same thing as you rod,i looked at local chromers in my area and also found an outfit in california that will take your parts&nbsp\\; that you take off your bike and send you&nbsp\\; chromed parts back as long as yours are in good condition. google search it and you should find them

But do you think the quality would be good, especially if your parts are mailed in. Since you not right there to look and say,,"Mmmmm, try again that sucks". And I know nothing about chroming, you here all the ranting on advertising about "triple" chroming, dipped 3 times I'm guessing but that means squat if the guy doing it doesnt know ****. harley stuff is expensive but if the chrome peels, I know it will be replaced, just hoping to hear from someone thats had good luck with a cheap "High" quality product. On flea-bay you see lots of chrome kits for harley stuff, I can imagine most is junk, but maybe there is a rose amung the thorns. Anyone? Thanks for posting
