I am going to get a couple of tires soon, love the handling of Metzeler, does anyone have white wall Metzeler on Fatboy? Is the white side wall as wide as Dunlop 402? I would love to see picture, thanks Alex

 

Heres mine.&nbsp\\; I love the Metzelers. They handle better than the Dunlops IMHO.&nbsp\\;

 

Be aware that it is a well documented fact that some of the Metzler www turn brown.&nbsp\\; I find the Metzlers stickier but they wear faster.&nbsp\\; After changing back to Dunlops I am quite happy still.&nbsp\\; Obviously proper infaltion plays a role in how long the tires last.&nbsp\\; My Metzlers ahd about 10K on them and would have still alsted a bit longer I think.&nbsp\\; I run them at 42 front and 40 rear.&nbsp\\; I run my Dunlops at 40 and 40. &nbsp\\;

 

Vabubba, tires look great, by the way, how do you keep the side wall clean?

I would like a long lasting tire as well as white side wall

 

My rear Metzler lasted 4700 miles. My Dunlop gets 10,000 on the rear. I dont know on the front yet but it seems to be the same as Dunlop. I have a Metzler chart i can email&nbsp\\;anyone if you pm me with your email address.
