I have an 08 fatboy with 11800 miles on it.&nbsp\\; For the last 6000 miles I have been riding on a set of Renegade custom wheels, rotors, and pully.&nbsp\\; On wednesday I was stranded 45 miles west of Albuquerque NM because the teeth on my drive belt were shreeded off.&nbsp\\; Has anyone had this problem before?&nbsp\\; What would cause this to happen?&nbsp\\; According to the local stealership it was the rear pully because it was not a harley pully and they said that the teeth on the rear pully were sharp.&nbsp\\; I rode this bike for over 6000 miles with no failure.&nbsp\\; I also rode it home for a 1000miles with a new belt with no failure.&nbsp\\; According to the stealership they said that it will happen again but that they could not predict when it will happen again.&nbsp\\; I am calling bullS**t on this.&nbsp\\; I will get into it later about how the stealership screwed me royally later.&nbsp\\; I ran my hand on the teeth of the custom pully and nothing flet sharp to me, I compared it with the stock pully for my 08 Fatboy and they felt the same.&nbsp\\; Am I loosing my mind or does the stealership think that anything that does not say Harley Davidson is not worth a crap.&nbsp\\; I need some advice. Maybe that belt was to tight for all those miles and the excess heat made it hard and brittle. Alowing the teeth to crack
