He is referring to the 2 pipes coming from the exhaust ports on the right side to the exhaust on the right.
Then the "Ghost" pipe that goes behind the rear cylinder on the left.

I made the original plate holder a lay down. Just take the bracket off the back and bend the bracket how you want it. You will have to have a vice to hold it still. It's a little hard to bend, but it will go and you can't tell it from a factory one.
