PC III install problem removing relays

I am installing a PCIII on my 08 Softail Deluxe and at the stage of removing the relays from the relay bracket, I can see they must slide down, but can't seem to get them to move. Any ideas.

Its a pain. Patience. Bend the tabs out of the way. Can't post much. This sucks

i used a flat head screw driver to assist in sliding the tabs out

dont bother taking them off. the instructions are wrong. i just removed the tie raps from the bundle and ran the cable between the relays and out the hole for the alarm. i even kept the bracket as there is a hole for the cable already.
