Default Deluxe with Springer Front End

Has anyone ever install a springer front end on a deluxe or can it even be done?&nbsp\\; If so, does it too difficult for a DIYer?&nbsp\\; I think the look of a chrome springer front end on a deluxe may look very nice.
&nbsp\\;
Or maybe it is not even worth it and I should just trade my Deluxe in on a Springer and save teh work.
&nbsp\\;
Thoughts.

Try this again. I may be biased but I love springers I think it would look great! As long as you have a way to support the bike changing the forks isn't difficult. A buddy for an extra set of hands can be helpful.

The Heritage Springer Police will be at your door in a second...

I thought about it also but in the end I would just go out and buy an&nbsp\\; 03Heritage Springer....I almost did too...

It's your bike man. If you want to paint it green with yellow poke-a-dots, then go for it. Screw what the rest think as long as your happy.

I was thinking about chroming my front end out. would run a grand. Then got the bug to install a springer. I havent got far in figureing out what all I need and what the cost would be. If anyone has done it fill me in on the details.
Thanks
