2008 fatboy stage 1
hi people not really a wrencher here ,but here it goes, iam looking to buy vance and hines slip on , with a new k n air filter,iam wondering if i should let the dealer remap or get a power commander, any suggestions will be greatly appriciated,

Can't tell you much about getting the SERT, except that it would have cost me $500 more than a Power Commander and a dyno tune. Seems like there are more competitors to DynoJet now, so you may want to look around. One product is supposed to autotune itself and not need dyno time, but whether that is marketing hype or truth...

Dont do the download, use the $ towards a tuner so that in the future you have flexability. SERT, PCIII, Fuel Pak, DFO ect, any of these will do what the download does and usually beter with the ability to make adjustments in the future if you make more changes.
