My father has the Rocker C and I was just curious if there was much difference in the Rocker seat and the Rocker C seat other than the fold out that comes with the C.

I was looking at the pictures of both, and the standard Rocker seat looks like it might actually be a bit more comfortable, and I was wondering if you would sit any lower on the bike with the standard seat over the C.

Anyone have any experience with both? Considering switching out the C for the standard on my father's Rocker C if he could get a more comfortable ride since he really doesn't need to fold out...

 

A majority of Rocker C owners here on the Board are swapping out the Rocker C "trick" seat for the standard Rocker seat - me included. For those that make the switch, we enjoy a better "feel" when seated on the bike and notice about a reduction in the gap between the rear fender and the seat frame.

 

I opted to have the seat changed on mine before I even took delivery. I also added the passenger pillion set-up so my girl would also be more comfortable. I am very well pleased with the comfort as well as she is.

 

I changed to a Rocker seat on my Rocker C (sorry no pics - seat is currently at Mean City Cycles to see if they can do anything with it). But I can tell you it is much more comfortable. I would guess it lowers you about 1" or 1.5." I also added the passenger pillion and my wife finds it much more comfortable, especially with the back rest. She does not like the fact that she is higher than on the flip out pillion.
