Default Bags for Stock Fatboy Exhaust

Allright,

My insurance Co. released my check today, but my deductible took away my $ to upgrade exhaust and by bags with. Does anyone know where to get decent dettachable bags that would fit a 07 Fatboy with stock exhaust? I know you get what you pay for, but I can't swing $800.00+ for bags right now.

I ordered a set of Fatboy Saddlebags from Fox Creek Leather. Still waiting for them to come in though so I don't have any first hand experience with them.

I think they look great, they're supposed to fit with a stock Fatboy exhaust, less than $400 and the company has a great reputation on the forum.

Here's the link:

I have the US Saddlebag brand bags and they are very nice. People always ask me about them and they are made in the U.S.A.. They start at $ 543.00 with bracket and they fit my Heritage with plenty of room so I think your Fatboy will be ok. Here is a Link to the website.

I got mine from leatherpros.com. They come with the detachable mounting kit and are very sturdy.

I got a set from Willie & Max. Just barely fit without touching the pipes. Has two pieces of leather with holes to lace them together, had to cut them down and punch new ones so they wouldn't be so low. They have a zipper on each bag so they are detachable. Don't have a picture right now, but they look cool with studs that match the studs on the seat. And like $135.00 if I remember correctly.

I like these alot. You get locking quick release brackets and I dig the styles alot. You can beat the prices either.

The smaller size fits on stock pipes.

They custom make them. They have detachable ghost brackets on them. High quality.
I bought mine before I changed the pipes. They still look good.

Default Bags for a Fat Boy

I too used LeatherPros. Great bag, great quality, they come with locks and detach mounting hardware. Check out their website.
