Heat shield gap on 2 into 1 Big radius
See picture, no matter how tight I tighten the heat shield clamps, it splits open when it gets hot. Anyone?

wow, i think you're worse than me in worrying about little tiny details. I think you should probably let it go. I think it looks fine.

why don't you give vance and hines a buzz? maybe they have a fix for it?

ok, well that was helpful huh?
Perhaps take it to an indie shop in your area that is familiar with vance and hines exhaust. maybe they know a trick to keep it tight.

Yep.. Mine do it too... Just part of the game.. Whenthey cool down they gap is tight and right.. When they're hot it opens up a little bit but nothing that I'm that worried about..

I don't worry at all, heat expansion is an issue. I am just curious if you people notice that.

Mine open up a little also. I don't think it looks bad but at some point I'll try and adjust them when they are still warm.
