Mr. Clean Magic eraser,

Used paint thiner before

There are other stronger stuff that will leave īem paper-white but it is so strong that you can choke on the gas that it produces, severe burns may occur if you donīt wear gloves when using it, besides you can stain your wheels after itīs chemical attack... Donīt ask me how do I know all this , just stick to the magic eraser and use thiner for those severe stains that mr. clean wonīt make dissapear.

Mimo.

Bleche White - it works wonders. You can get it at just about any auto parts store.

I used to swear by bleach white until I ruined a set of aluminum wheels on my truck, the stuff really pitted the aluminum. Sprayed on, washed the car then the wheels, not good! The best thing I have found by far is the soapy SOS pads. They clean them up better than anything else!
