The Winter project...then Spring, then Summer...
It began back in January of 2008 as a project to pay tribute to the WWII HD WLA in a modern design exercise. I began with a 2006 Springer Classic and went from there. The project is almost done with only a few electrical Gremlins still to be tackled. The complete story can be seen on my website at http://fetishbear.com/Sweet%20Danger.htm
The longest hold up was the paint - The original painter took nearly two and a half months and then just couldn't capture the right look. Locating another painter and starting from scratch took time. The leather work also took awhile but I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. The rest of the delays have been my own :-)
Cheers,

Outstanding job....
Really like the nose art...
When I got the Bones... I first had them start doing the paperwork on a denium black bike... but saw the Olive out front... kept going back and looking at it... Finally went in and told them I wanted the Green...
It reminded me of exactly what you were shooting for...
Though mine wont be completely redone I do plan on doing the tank similar to yours...
Awesome job man.... something you should be proud of and bet it will catch many an eye...
