Default Footpegs For A 1998 FXSTS EVO

I have forward controls that are 2" extended and I just put on 2"extenders. Now, more than ever, I noticed how much the footpegs vibrate at highway speeds of 70mph

I have the dogbones risers with lead weights inside the bars so the handlbars don't vibrate much at all but the footpegs are another story. I'm planning to take a ride from NJ to Sturgis next year and the boys are riding 12 hour days and I don't think my feet are going to cut it with those pegs.

Are the ISO pegs that much difference?
