taking primary cover off 2006 heritage classic

does anybody know if you have to take floorboard bracket off to get primary cover off or will it slip around it not much clearance there.

not the bracket jsut the 2 bolts that are under there holding on the floor board.. makes the removal so much easier..do not forget the new gasket when you put it back on...
