Default Most comfy seat for Fatboy - 1 and 2 up

I'll have a sissy on there. Been hearing that mustangs are really good. Plan on doing some trips in the new year and hear that the stock seat may not been too good for a long haul.

Thoughts? Opinions?

I got rid of the stock seat after the first 100 miles....

IMO - the Vintage Mustang is a good seat, but will move the rider forward a little. it did on my Honda and a buddy's softtail standard.

that's the seat I had on a Honda VTX and the same seat my riding buddy put on his softtail standard. it moved me too farward on the Honda - but, because Joe is only about 5'7", it was good for him. he did an Iron Butt ride about 2 weeks after getting the Mustang - and loved the seat.

Yeah, I'm short as well ...that seat looks mighty tempting! Plus the wide pavillion would be more comfy for the wife! ...I think I'm sold! Thx!

Still have stock seats and have been fine with them so far. Added the touring backrest for my wife.

My seat sucks for anything more than an hour. I don't know if it's stock or not. Came with it on the used purchase. My buddy rides with a Corbin and swears by it. He's convinced me to get one too. I have purchased and get it this weekend. Going for a ride on Sunday with a couple of buddies. I can't wait to feel what it's like.

I just got a HD Sundowner, deep bucket seat, for when my wife rides with me. It had a lot of good revues on this forum, otherwise I wouldn't have thought about a HD seat.

I will post on this forum on Monday with my review of the new seat. Thanks for the comments on my bike. I'm very happy with it. It had $52K into it when I bought it with only 12.0K miles. And man, did I get a smokin' deal.
