Default Comfortable seat Heritage Soft Tail Classic

I need some feed back for a comfortable seat for a my wifes bike, she has a 2008 Heritage Soft Tail Classic on track for doing about 20k / year or more the stock seat just isn't cutting it. I need some suggestions, I would like to get it right the first time she would also like a back rest possibly?

I have the HD Sundowner and found it LESS comfortable than the stock seat. I could improve it I'm sure if I sent it in to mean city cycles (forum sponsor) or some such place.

By far, the best seat i have had is Russel Day Long. Type that in yahoo and find link. Send them the stock seat and they re-do it with springs in seat. Not cheap, but of the 4 seats I bought for my heritage..this is best and a keeper!

You can also try Mean City Cycles. Just had my stock seat done by them and it is great!

Just put on a Corbin Dual Tour this weekend. I'll do a review on it in another thread. Only have about 4 hours on it so far. It's much harder than the stock seat and I'm feeling engine vibration and bumps a lot more. My butt seems a lot happier though.

My wife and I both ride Corbin Solo... with back rest... a firm seat but 400 - 450 mile days are our norm when on the road...
