Default Advice on controller/tuner Dealer giving me the run around

Hey all,
I like douing my own wrentching when possible so I installed a screaming eagle heavy breather and Sampson true duals on my 08 FLSTN. My plan was then to take the bike to the dealer and have them install some kind of controller to make it run right with the mods (wont even start the bike out of fear of bluing the pipes)

At the dealer, the parts counter tells me the V&H power pac is crap and that it will void warranty and that I should go with the SERT because they will dyno the bike and get it dialed. so I go back to service to schedule the install. The service guy says there are 2 different SERTS, which one do I want. (huh?) I go back to the parts counter and he says there is only one. Service guy throws a little fit and says fine. and schedules the install.

Basically I am less than confident that I am getting what I need at this point. Al I want is a bike that runs right with the pipes and breather installed. Te parts counter and the service dept seem at odds as to the best way to make this happen.

Any advice appreciated!!!!!!!!!

why didn't you go with a Power Commander? easy install - and if you order it from FuelMoto, Jamie will download the map for your set-up. and a lot cheaper!

+1 on the Power Commander and Jamie! I would be finding a different dealer when the parts and service guys start contradicting each other.
